Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data Basic collects from you, through our interactions with you and through our service, and how we use that data.
We do not allow users to leave comments on our site.

Placing an order

We use Google Analytics to track visitor’s activity on this site.
We use Mailchimp for our newsletter campaigns.
We use facebook in order to better understand the users who visit our site. Using the information helps us improve our offered products and provide you with better sales and offers. You can control your Facebook privacy settings from here.
Under “Advertisers you’ve interacted with” there is a tab named “Whose website or app you’ve used” where you can review advertisers whose ads you may be seeing currently because you visited their website or app that uses Facebook technology. That’s basically the data sent by the Facebook Pixel

How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you withdraw your consent to us processing your data, we will erase your personal data from our systems (unless the data is required for the Company to establish, exercise or defend against legal claims or if the data is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us), and inform other data controllers to which we have disclosed your personal data of the erasure request.
Order information: when you place an order for goods and services, we retain that information for a minimum period of six years following the end of the financial year in which you place your order.
